Holaspirit has been working hard and steady to offer you ease within your working space, offering transparency and clarity. The product team has been killing it behind the scenes, to put together yet another feature that will not only bring structure to your working charts, but also, COLORS. 

Now, for all those color lovers, organization aficionados and color-coding fans – this feature is for YOU. 

First lets define, what are highlights and its purpose in the platform?

A Highlight is a color which is applied to the roles and/or circles of your organizational chart, defined by admins through a set of specific rules. These colors are visible by all members and allow for everyone to have a clear overview of the organization's structure as well as help navigate the chart.

How to set highlights in roles & circles?

Administrators of your organization can apply colors to your chart by defining certain rules. They depend on the content of the role and circle fields (set by default or customized).

With our new Roles & Circle Highlights you’re able to do these following things:

➡️ The highlights can be easily navigated by all members.

➡️ With the chart legend, you can filter the highlights applied by admins by clicking on the chosen one's name. 

➡️ Decide which color to leave to improve visibility of your chart.
