With the aim of "A better world through better work", we are concerned with system optimization for organizations in the world of work. Our work is often called management and organizational consulting. Our topic and the associated methods can best be grouped under the term “New Work”.

Our services are divided into three service lines:

2. Advice for individual questions, and
3. Implementation of the transformation of processes and structures.

We live New Work with every fibre of our company DNA. This is where the name meta-system comes from: What we pass on to our customers, we always develop and test ourselves.
