Ivolve assists organizational, relational and individual systems in a dynamic of healthy evolution, through the development of responsibility, the clarity of frameworks, the personal alignment and adjustment, and the consideration of the relationship to oneself and to others. For organizational support, our method is to assist organizations in the profound transformation of their system, which is why we are providers and coaches in Holacracy, the most successful constitutional governance system to date. For relational development, our method is to support teams through supervision, analysis of practices, and training so that each person can develop the skills necessary to grow as an individual and to mature as a team, which is why we are coaches in relational development and practice Systemic Theatre and the Method Espère. For individual coaching, our method is to support individuals in their path of alignment and maturity.
