CoreChange has been founded by Heleen Kuiper and Toon Franken based on our passion for unleashing more potential in organizations. We are experienced organizational advisors who stand for substantial change.

We believe and have experienced that so many more creativity, agility and commitment are possible at many organizations than is usually the case now. We work with organizations that see that it is time for the next step in the development of their organization and the people who work there.

Every day we see it around us:

• Organizations that are stuck with the rules, which causes a lot of hassle while nobody recalls the reason these rules were there in the first place
