As a member of an agile or self-managed organization, you have the opportunity to take on new responsibilities and grow your scope of activities within the organization. On Holaspirit, you can easily apply for a new role you want to join or resign from a role you don't want to fill anymore.

On Holaspirit, you can view hiring roles, promoted by the role in charge of assignments (if there is one) or by members of the circle containing it.

👉 All members of the organization (Users and Admins) can apply for a role as long as there's a role is in charge of assignments within the circle.  

Where to see hiring roles in your organization?

In order to apply or join roles, you need to quickly identify hiring roles in your organization. You can find them in the Governance app:

• From the Roles page using the search filters. The the hiring roles will display a red icon. You can apply to a hiring role directly from the role page.

• From your organization Chart also using the filters by clicking on the icon in the top right of your screen. When filtered, the hiring roles will show in blue.

How to apply for a role?

You can apply for a hiring role two ways:

• From the Roles page of the Governance app.
• Click on the 3 dots to the right of the role you intend to apply for
• Click on Apply

• From the role page following the same steps.

• You can Give some reasons to explain why you apply for this role. This information will be received in an email by the role in charge of assignments.
• Click on Apply to confirm.

Note: If the role in charge of assignments validates your application, they will have to manually assign you to the role you applied for and you can participate to the role's operations.

How to resign from a role?

• Go to the page of the role you wish to resign from
• Click on the 3 dots in the upper-right corner of the role
• Click on Resign
• In the pop-up box, type an explanation as to why you are resigning from the role
• Click Resign to immediately be removed from the role
